Sohrab's Word of Encouragement

Sohrab, writes from Iran to encourage fellow believers everywhere who are impacted by Covid-19 and the measure put in place in many countries.

I hope you stand like a solid rock in these last days as [Christ’s] kingdom draws near and the power of Yahweh is worthy of praise. Unfortunately, this Coronavirus is so pervasive that the whole world has gone into quarantine. This is a very good measure indeed to help preserve lives. And from another point of view, it presents an opportunity to compel us to dwell and examine the Word.

During this period an amazing thing was revealed to me and I wanted to share it with you, my dear friends. It is all about the hatred of the Enemy for humanity versus the endless love of the God of love. It is completely true that Satan has a deep hatred for man and an all-consuming rivalry with his Creator. He seeks to kill and destroy humanity and loves power. Like the Coronavirus, he comes in the night, first stealing hope and then faith and pulls a person into the suffocating grave of his own darkness.

May you never be found empty of the Holy Spirit. On the other hand, the God of love, as in John 3:16, has time after time declared His love to His creatures in every street and alley – oh that men might hear and say amen. Yes – His thoughts are above our thoughts.

'For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whosoever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life.’ He comes loaded with love and lovingly offers eternal life. May it be that we will not let this time of opportunity pass, for the one who places snares knows his craft. May it be that we will not abandon and put in quarantine the preaching of the amazing grace of the God of love.
